So, the atomic ratio for Carbon will be 6.65/6.65 =1 and for  the hydrogen will be 20.13/6.65 which will be 3.02. So, the simplest ratio will be found to be 1 and 3 for carbon and hydrogen respectively. So, the empirical formulae will be CH3.
