Ok so the hydrolysis constant of NaX is 2×10^-6 so what?
we know that
Kh = Kw ÷ Kb
here
Kh is hydolysis constant
Kw is constant for ionic product of water it means Kw = [H+][OH-] = 10^-14
Kb is dissociation constant for base

anf if put the values on the give equation so we get,
2×10^-6 = 10^-14 ÷ kb
so,
Kb = 10^-14 ÷ 2×10^-6
Kb = 5×10^-9
this is all what is understand with your question i hope this what you are searching.

5×10^-9

Explanation:

Kh=Kw/Ka

Kh is the hydrolysis constant, Kw is 10^-14 as we know ,Ka given as 2×10^-6

Kh=10^-14/2×10^-6

Kh=5×10^-9
