Hypotenuse (H) =34 cm

Let, 30cm = Perpendicular side(P)

Let other side(B) = x

(P)²+(B)² = (H)²[Hypotenuse Theorm]

(30)²+(x)² = (34)²

(x)² = (34)²-(30)²

x² = 1156-900

x = √256

x = 16 cm

Hope this answer will help you.
