Hey there!

According to Pythagoras theorem,

( Hypotenuse) ²= (side)²+(side)²

Given,
Hypotenuse = 17 CM.
One of the side = 8cm .

17² = 8² + side²

289 - 64 = side²

225 = side²

side = 15 cm.

Hope helped!

RAJHINDUSTANI: Ok
josm: 15 cm
tarunreddy1234: the sum of the two sides of the right angle triangle=the sum of the hypothenis therfore the answer is 17-8 =9 the third side of the right angle is 09
leela8: right answer
leela8: 15cm
