hypotenuse=25cm

perpendicular=7cm

base=?

According to Pythagoras theorem

(Hypotenuse) square=(Base) square + (Perpendicular) square

25 square=(Base) square +7square

625= (Base) square +49

(Base) square=625-49

Base √576

Base=24cm

Answer:

given \: hypotenuse = 25 \: height \: is \: 9

using \: pytagores \: therom

 {25}^{2}  =  {9}^{2}  +  {base}^{2}

625 = 81 +  {b}^{2}

625 - 81 =  {b}^{2}

 {b}^{2}  = 625 - 81

 {b}^{2}  = 544

b = 23.32
