the hypotenuse of a right angled triangle is 45 cm long . If one of the leg of the triangle is 36 cm . Find the length of the other leg

according to pythagorus theorem the square of the hypotenuse is equal to sum of the squares of the base and perpendicular
h^2=b^2+p^2
=45^2=36^2+p^2
=2025=1296+p^2
=p=√2025-1296
=√729
=27cm

Hey..


Since..(hypo)^2=base^2+height^2
So..45*45=36*36+height^2

so..height=27cm
