let the hypotenuse of that triangle be c and the remaining sides be a and b.
Given,
c = 26cm
a = 10cm
By Pythagoras theorem,
c² = a²+b²
(26)² = (10)² + b²
676 = 100 + b²
b² = 676 – 100
b = √676–100
b = √576 = 24
therfore the length of the other side of the triangle is 24cm
