the hypotenuse of a right triangle is 65 cm.if one' of its sides is 60 cms.find the length of the other side.

by Pythagoras theorem,

65² = 60² + x²

=.> 4225 = 3600 + x²

=. > x² = 4225 - 3600

= 625

x = √625

= 25 cm

so, length of other side is 25cm
