iii) In 1834 a custom union, Zollverein was formed by Prussia and German States. The union abolished tariff barriers and reduced the number of currencies from every thirty to two.

iv) Liberals wanted to cherish a world were there was freedome of trade and other restrictions on guilds.

v) The economic ideas of liberal revolution were mostly supported by liberals of Germany. But the effect of 1848 liberal revolution was felt all around the Europe.
