Let the object distance be u then image distance is u+10

u=−u ; v=−(u+10) ; f=−12

v1+u1=f1

u+10−1+u−1=12−1

u(u+10)2u+10=121

u=20cm

v=−30cm

Magnification is −uv=−2030=−1.5
