The impact of globalisation has not been uniform.

It had positive impact as well as negative impact.

-It provides greater choices and quality products at lower prices to consumers.

-It also helped Indian industries to become MNCs and improve their performance as well as quality of goods

-globalisation had affected workers and small industries in negative way

-domestic producers face stiff competition from imported cheap machine made goods

-workers have to work for long hours at low wages.

-they don't have job security and are denied their fair share of benefits.

-they are now employed at temporary basis as MNCs try to minimise manufacturing cost and maximise profits.
