1) Globalisation has been beneficial only for developed countries. It had a hard impact on the underdeveloped and developing countries.
2) Developed countries took resources from underdeveloped countries at cheap rate and exported costly finished products to underdeveloped countries.
3) The developed countries are rich in machinery and finance. They exploits resources from underdeveloped countries.
4) Competition from companies in developed countries also can cripple industries of these countries.
5) Small manufacturers have been hard hit due to globalisation.
6) Many illiterate and poor people lost their jobs due to closure of small units.
In fact Globalisation was beneficial for flourished countries only.
