If you are considering English as a foreign language and Indian languages as native languages, then 

Having it in advertising will have a better reach as in India the literacy rate is gradually growing and to reach your customers choice and liking.

However, when talking about other foreign languages other than English, they wouldn't impact that much on the Indian Advertising field. However, some famous words which are globally known can be used in the advertising. 

It's always better to run a A/B test to understand the user liking and interests.
