You must have seen your grandmother and mother insisting on having a hot cup of cow milk as an effective cure for every small and big aliment. As it is a versatile beverage, you can drink it in any form, as a cold smoothie or even as a steaming flavoured drink. Cow milk is not very complex and can be easily digested. Some people religiously drink milk daily before going to bed for a sound sleep while some prefer it in the morning to feel energized.

Cow milk is often compared with other forms of milk available in the market such as goat, buffalo, camel, sheep or even the non-dairy milk such as soy, almond, oatmeal. But cow’s milk has some unique nutrients, which cannot be compared with any other form of milk.
