Answer:

A saves more

Step-by-step explanation:

Income - Expense = savings

Income (3+2=5)

A = 3/5 ; B = 2/5

Expense ( 4+3=7)

A= 4/7 ; B = 3/7

now put the formula above

A = 3/5 - 4/7 = 1/35

B = 2/5 - 3/7 = -1/35

therefore B saves nothing from his income

hence the answer is A
