Hey Mate
Your answer is here
Bcoz spontaneity is also depend on change in free energy.
So,
Only entropy can't predict spontaneity.
Hope this help you

Dear Students,
● Explaination -
Spontaneity of the process is determined by change in entropy of the universe -
- ∆Suni > 0 indicates spontaneous process
- ∆Suni < 0 indicates non-spontaneous process
That is, increase in entropy of universe should be considered not only entropy of the system.
If entropy of the system is increased but total entropy of the universe is decreased, the process will still be non-spontaneous.
Therefore, increase in entropy of a system alone does not guarantee the spontaneity of a process.
Hope this helps you.
