so you can start off by saying... nowadays many people are stressing out a lot over different reasons; which leaves them to eat unhealthy food. what people need to do, is avoid junk food. a lot of people are becoming unhealthy, obese. stressing out also makes you look older because you stress your body out and your body just changes a lot. there are some signs that'll let you know that you are not healthy, such as.... you're tired all the time, lose your sense of smell, gain a lot of weight(if eating a lot of junk food). there's different signs that'll let you know you are unhealthy. so to stay healthy.. stay in shape, don't over eat, don't eat a lot of junk food, eat proteins, eat fruits, etc.
