We live in an increasingly materialistic environment, where everyone believes that “Money makes the mare go”, as the saying goes. People want to get rich quickly, and not always necessarily by honest means.

Indians pay lip service to the Armed Forces, but very few are willing to, as they feel, risk their lives for what is seen as a not well paid job. Children are often under parental, peer and societal pressure to qualify for a high paying job which will rake in the money for the family really quickly. Hence they go in for the “money spinners”, like medicine, engineering, management and the Civil Service.

Hope it’s help
