The indian constitution enforced on january 26th.give reason.

For getting answer of this question we have to dwell into the indian legal history. Actually, on 26th January 1929, congress party in its lahore declaration gave slogan of purna swarajya (complete freedom). Later, when enactment of constitution was complete in 26 November 1949 then it was decided to commence constitution from 26th January 1950 in order to commemorate historic day of Lahore declaration.
