According to me,there are many. rights that are very helpful to weaker section like people below poverty line, women, kids etc.As we have seen
since independence many people like those of people below poverty line.
One case can be that of poor peasants and zamindaars. In the pre independence era, the zamindaars used to exploit poor peasants there were open customs called "bonded labour" where the children born to peasants were declared as properties of zamindaars. The zamindaars used to lacy heavy taxes and due to illiteracy people were unaware about their exploitation. They used to make peasants work for hours but he never used to pay them as per their work. The situation of poor dalit women was even worst who used to get sexually exploited. The conditions got worsen until people were told about their constitutional rights to education and the Labour rights.Even now many social activists are just working towards making workers know about
right to work and right to education. There have been many activities to make women aware about their rights.
