THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION RECOGNISE EVERY PERSON AS EQUAL. THIS MEANS THAT EVERY INDIVIDUAL IN THE COUNTRY, INCLUDING MALE AND FEMALE . PERSON FROM ALL CASTE, RELIGION, ECONOMIC BACKGROUND ETC. ARE RECOGNISED AS EQUAL. THIS RECOGNITION OF EQUALITY INCLUDES SOME PROVISIONS IN THE CONSTITUTION.

1.) FIRST, THAT EVERY PERSON IS EQUAL BEFORE THE LAW FROM THE PRESIDENT TO THE KANTA Z DOMESTIC WORKER .



2.) SECOND, NO PERSON CAN BE DISCRIMINATED ON THE BASIS OF THEIR RELIGION, GENDER, CASTE ETC.


3.) THIRD, EVERY PERSON HAVE SOCIAL EQUALITY.

4.) UNTOUCHABILITY IS ABOLISHED​
