HERE IS YOUR ANSWER ⤵

INDIA has a single and United judiciary system for the whole country. It has power to supervise and control the working of entire judicial system in INDIA. It ensures the justice to all. Supreme Court has highest judicial authority followed by the High Court in the states and then the subordinate courts in every district. The lowest court in the judicial system is code of magistrate which is controlled and supervised by the high Court.
