==============================

u = 10 m/s

a =  - 2m \: per \: sec {}^{2}

t= 5 seconds

S = ?????

Using second equation of motion .....

s = (10 \times 5) +  \frac{1}{2}  \times  - 2 \times 25

s = 50 + ( - 25) \\  \\ s = 25meters

Hope it helps you

u= 10m/s
a=-2m/s^2
t= 5 seconds
s=?

s= ut+1/2at^2
s= 10x5+1/2x-2x5^2
s=50+(-25)
s=25cm
