to find magnitude of say if R=Ai+Bj ; we use
magnitude of R is √A²+B²
so first find the magnitude of u that is
u=√2²+3²=√13m/s
then find the magnitude of a that is
a=√0.3²+0.2²=√0.13m/s²
now by 1st equation of motion that is
v=u+at we get
v=√13+√0.13×10
just solve the above equation and you will get your ans.....
