We have to find the volume of key.

Solution : a/c to Archimedes principle, when a body is fully or partially is submerged in a liquid, volume of liquid displaced by body is equal volume of part of body submerged in that liquid.

Here, volume of part of key submerged in liquid = volume of water displaced by key = 0.7 + 0.8 + 0.9 = 2.4 mL

Here key is completely submerged.

So, volume of key = volume of part of key submerged in liquid = 2.4 mL

therefore the volume of key is 2.4 mL
