 It \:is \: given \:that \\Ink \:in \:a \:pen \:lasts \:12 \:pages \\and \\Number \:of \: lines \: each\:page  \:has = 32

 Total \: number \: lines \: in \: 12 \:pages \\= 12 \times 32 \\= 384

Therefore.,

 \red {Total \: number \: lines \: in \: 12 \:pages}\green {= 384}

Let's assume number of words per line = 100

  • total words = 12 ×32 ×100

  • total words = 48 × 80 ×x where x is the number of pages.

 \red{Ink  \: is  \: half \:  the  \: pen.}

Now ,

12 ×32 × 100 / 2 = 19200

x = 19200 / (48* 80) = 5
