we know, Circumference = 2πr
Let outer radius of wheel is R and inner Radius of wheel is r .
then, outer circumference = 2π R = 154 cm
inner circumference = 2πr = 88 cm
now, width of wheel = (R - r )

so, 2πR - 2πr = (154 - 88) cm
2π( R - r ) = 66 cm
2π × width of wheel = 66cm
width of wheel = 66/2π = 66/2 × 22/7
= 21/2 = 10.5 cm
