circumference of track=2×22/7×r
176=2×22/7×r
r=(176×7)/2×22
=28m
radius of outer circle=28+7
=35m
area of track=area of outer circle-area of inner circle
=22/7×r^2-22/7×r^2
=22/7×35×35-22/7×28×28
=3850-2464
=1386m^2
circumference of outer circle =2×22/7×35
=220m
cost of putting fence=220×12
=2640rupees
