CIRCULAR WELL:-

Diameter = d = 3.5m

 ∴Radius = r = 3.5 / 2cm

   Height = h = 12m.

CSA of the well = 2πrh

                         = 2 × 22 × 3.5 × 12

                                   ----    ----

                                     7       2

                          = 22 × 0.5 ×12

                          = 132 cm².

Rate = Rs. 4 / m²

∴Cost of plastering the inner surface of the well = 132 × 4

                                                                                 = Rs. 528.

                                             =  2 x 22/7 x 1.75 x 12

                                            = 132 m²                                                                                      The cost of plastering = 4 x 132
