(1)inner curve surface area =2πrh
where r is inner radius
h is height of well
now,
surface area=2 x 22/7 x 7/4 x 10
=110 m^2

(2) the cost of plastering in this curve surface=area of curve surface x rate
=110 x 40= 4400 Rs

ameer487: wat
abhi178: yes i correct it
ameer487: r=3.5/2
abhi178: please again check
ameer487: i wrote the formula was 2pirh+2pirxr
abhi178: dear this is wrong
abhi178: sir only ask curve surface area
abhi178: no total area
ameer487: i thought tsa
abhi178: okay please correct it
