the inner dimensions of a closed wooden cubical box is 10 cm. the thickness of the wood is 1 cm. find 1. the volume of the wood used to make it. ​2. the cost of painting its external surface at the rate of 10Rs per meter square.

1)volume of wooden box=volume of outer cube-volume of inner cube
=(11)^3-(10)^3=1331-1000=331cm^3
2) cost of painting external face=area of external face x rate
=6x (11/100)^2x10 rs
=0.726 rs
