radius = 3.5cm = 0.35m

height = 20m
volume of cylindrical pipe = pier^2h
= 22/7×35/100×0.35×20
= 22×5×7/7×100
= 22×5/100
= 110/100
= 1.1m^3
IN LITRES
1.1×1000
1100 LITRES
