In the Nand gate, when the input of both gates is high(1) then only the output is low(0) otherwise it is high(1) in each case.

In 1100 and 1010 only the first output will be low(0) as both inputs of gates are high. Other outputs will be low as one inputs is always low(0).

We get, 0 , 1 , 1 ,1 as output.

Hence, the answer is 0111.
