=> 2x < 15 < 3x - 4

=> 2x < 15 and 15< 3x -4

=> x < 15/2 => 19< 3x

=> x < 15/2. => 19/3 < x

So , 19/3 < x < 15/2

=> 38/6 < x < 45/6
