Answer:

Intelligence we acquire is a boon but what we create is not. Because knowledge in us come naturally it cannot be created force fully or cannot be fabricated. Intelligence comes from within us and it cannot be created. It is not only about acquiring the skills and knowledge but it is about applying those skills in order to utilize it in an efficient way. Once problem solving skills determines their intelligence easily. If one can more easily solve their problems, then they tend to be more intelligent compared to others. It cannot be created but it can be acquired. It is a mental power.
