Given:-

•Principal is given here 405 rupees at rate of interest is 4.5% per annum and time is given one year and in one year on the rate of interest is 5% per annum.

To Find:-

•First simple interest and then after find the first then we will find another on simple interest on 5% per annum.

Solution:-

we have,

  • Principal = 405 rupees
  • Time = 1 year
  • Rate = 4.5%

Using Formula:

 \:  \:  \sf \: simple \: interest =  \frac{principal \times rate  \times time}{100}

Now substitue the values,

 \:  \:  \sf \: s.i =  \frac{405 \times 45 \times1 }{100 \times 10}  \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: s.i =  \frac{729}{40}  = 18.225 \: rupees

Now again find Simple Interest on 5%

 \:  \:  \sf \: simple \: interest =  \frac{405 \times 5 \times 1}{100}  \\  \\  \:  \:  \sf \: s.i =  \frac{81}{4}  = 20.25 \: rupees

Hence,Simple Interest is 20.25 rupees.
