To Find:

how much time will Rs.800 amounts to Rs.1232 with tha same rate?

Solution:

Principal = Rs.500

Interest = Rs.60

Time = 2 years

Formula : $SI=\frac{P \times T \times R}{100}$

$60 = \frac{500 \times 2 \times R}{100}\\\frac{60 \times 100}{500 \times 2}=R\\6\%=R$

Now we are supposed to find how much time will Rs.800 amounts to Rs.1232 with tha same rate?

Interest = Amount - Principal

Interest = 1232-800

Interest =432

Formula : $SI=\frac{P \times T \times R}{100}$

So,$432= \frac{800 \times T \times 6}{100}\\\frac{432 \times 100}{800 \times 6}=T\\9=T$

Hence It will take 9 years For  Rs.800 amounts to Rs.1232 with tha same rate
