let the smaller radius be r and bigger radius = R

inner circumference= 440m

2*22/7*r= 440m

r=70m

R= 70+14= 84m

area of track= area of bigger circle - area of smaller circle

= pie R^2 -pie r^2

= 2146m

cost of levelling = 25 paise/m

cost = 13412.5 rupees

circumference of bigger circle = pie R^2

= 22176m

cost = 5*22176

= 110880 rs

I HOPE IT IS CORRECT AND HELPFUL
