The total number of cubes that can be packed in the box will be the quotient of volume of box divided by volume of cube
= 120×80×50/7×7×7
= 480000/343
= 1399.41
quotient = 1399

space left empty in the box
= volume of box-volume is 1399 cubes
= 480000-(1399×343)
= 480000-479857
= 143

Hence 1399 cubes can be packed in the box and the empty space left will be 143 cm. cube
