The internal measurements of a box are 20cm long, 15 cm wide, and 24 cm high. How many 5 cm cubes could be put in to the box with the faces parallel to the sides?​

  • 16cm wide and 24cm high.
  • Volume of box =lbh

=16cm×24cm×20cm

= 320×24

  • Volume of box =7680cm^3
  • Given edge of cuboidal box =4cm
  • Volume of 1 box =(4)^3=64cm^3
  • No. of boxes fit inside cuboidal box
  • No. of boxes = 7680/64
  • No. of boxes fit inside large box is 120.
