=LSA of the room
=2h (l+b)
=2×4 (12+8)
=8 (20)
=160 sqr.m

Cost of white washing is 8 per sqr.m.
Cost of white washing for 160 sqr. m =(8×160)
=1280 sqr.m


Cost of white washing for the ceiling.
Area of the ceiling=l×b
=12×8
=96 sqr.m
TOTAL AREA = (96+160)
= 256 sqr m
Total cost of white washing=8×256
=2048 sqr.m
