Applying Kirchhoffs voltage law across the circuit assuming current I we have :

−(0.2)I−(0.3)I+2V−(0.1)+3V=0

⇒0.61=4

⇒I=  40/6  =  20 /3 Ω

For Potential difference across B, moving across it we have :

V  1  −(0.3)  20/3  +2V=V  2

​⇒V  1 −2V+2V=V  2

​⇒V  1  =V  2

​So potential difference across B is 0
