1- They pick the seeds from the fields.

2- The bajra cobs in the mortar(okhli, used for crushing).

3- The cobs are crushed with a pestle(moosli) and the seds are separated from the cob.

4- Then it is put in the grinder(chakki)

5- It is made into powder(maida)

6- Then water and maida is mixed and made into a huge, sticky ball.

7- Then small pieces are taken out of the huge ball into small flat balls.

8- They are rolled and made into a flat hankerchief-like plain.

9- They are put on the tawa and are made. At last, the roti is ready.
