The judges of the Supreme Court are not supposed to act on the direction and wish of the executive.what values are promoted through it?

The value is that no person or in this case "the executive" is above the law and cannot bend it in anyway or use according to their will. The judges of the supreme court or the judiciary itself is the law implementing body ,so it will not act towards the direction of the  executive.
