When the Constitution of India was setup, highest priority was given to the independence of Indian judiciary.

  • Oath has to be taken by all the judges before taking seat.
  • The judges of different level courts are appointed by different procedures.
  • Activities of judges can be discussed by the legislature.
  • Retired judges of Supreme Court cannot engage in other practices but High Court judges can.

Though the level of Mal practice in Indian judiciary is still not clear but the reasons can be sighted as :-

  • Some judges take money n return for their wrong decisions.
  • The ministers can manipulate the judges by threatening them about their personal life.
