1. The judiciary does not depend upon the prime minister, president or any minister nor does it work under the directory of the above ministery

2. Any person who is not satisfied with the decision made by high/apex court then he/she can seek help from the supreme court

3. The judge selected by the president cannot be removed easily. He/She can only be removed through impreachement
