Gastric Juice  is the juice present in the stomach. It contains, Hydrochloric Acid, Pepsin and Renin. Hydrochloric Acid creates an acidic medium for the protein digesting enzyme pepsin to breakdown proteins. Renin breaks down Casein present in the milk of Para Casein.
