Answer:According to Kinetic theory of gases, Kinetic Energy of a gas at given temperature is

K.E.=32nRT

Where

nRT=no. of moles of gas=Universal gas constant=Temperature(K)

Therefore, Kinetic Energy of 4 moles of Nitrogen gas at 127°C(400K) will be

K.E.=32×4×8.314×400=19953.6J

NOTE : In this all, I have assumed that nitrogen behaves as an ideal gas
