K.E. of H atom in Ist orbit is 13.6ev/atom.

K.E. at nth orbital is,

 =  13.6 \times \frac{ {z}^{2} }{ {n}^{2} }

so K.E. in 2nd orbit,

 = 13.6 \times  \frac{1}{ {2}^{2} }

 = 3.4
