The kinetic energy of a body becomes four times its initial value. The new linear momentum will be

(a)same as initial value

(b)four times the initial value

(c)twice the initial value

(d)eight times the initial value

Kineticenergy=12mv2

⟹v=2KEm−−−−√

Now, if kinetic energy increases to four times then from Kineticenergy=12mv2 it is evident that velocity should be found increased by two times

Again, Momentum=mv

So change in momentum will be increased two times.
